Question LEDs on keyboards can't synchronize

I have a Bluetooth driver. It can work except that when I press the Caps Lock key on the Bluetooth keyboard,my physical keyboard's Caps Lock LED can't light.I want to know how to send the special event(pressing Caps Lock key) to other input devices(physical keyboard)?
I have few knowledge about linux input subsystem and confuse about the relation between input core and input device.hope someone can give me some hint, thanks.

You mean you want the Caps Lock light on a different keyboard to light up?

It wouldn't light up because Caps Lock applies to just the keyboard it is connected to, the other board would still behave normally. It sounds like you want Caps Lock to apply globally?

Yes.
I have tested in different kernels and found that in kernel 2.6.24,the issue did not exist. The physical keyboard can also light up when press Bluetooth keyboard's Caps Lock.Using another USB keyboard is also the same case.
But in the new kernel 2.6.31,It do exist this issue no matter whether I use Bluetooth or physical keyboard.
