LCD goes black with the "nvidia" driver+FX5600

Im using GeforceFX5600 256MB and have installed the latest Nvidia drivers
1.0-5328. When using the "nv" driver allworks fine, but when i Enable the "nvidia" driver (to get 3d+glx), my screen goes black, and all i can do is to cut power and reboot. Imusing a Hansol 950 LCD screen. All it says is "no digital input" when x is starting.
Is there some option inthe XF86Config file for DVI interface or something?

Please help me out!

PS! this is not distro related, it happens on RH9,MDK9.2,FEDORA etc...
