Layout (EN) for vintage Dell AT102 (old logo) keyboard

Hi all,

I am looking for assistance to solve the following problem: I have a vintage Dell AT102 keyboard (old logo, more info here: http://deskthority.net/wiki/Dell_AT101 ) - and I can't seem to find a working English layout that matches the caps.
I am running Debian Wheezy, otherwise the keyboard works just fine with Dvorak layout.
I went through the keyboard layouts in Gnome but none are suitable.
Switching caps is not an option, each row has a different shape of cast.

Any ideas anyone where should I start to look for a solution, or what to do?

Attached a picture, caps are visible.

Thanks!

Pic of the keyboard attached.
