Laptop Touchpad Problem

I have a KDS Valiant 5340AS with a fresh instal of Mandy 9.0. I setup the laptop connected to a MS Wheelmouse. When I try using the laptop without the mouse connected I have major issues untill I logoff and log back on. The cursor seems to want to go to the lower left of the screen and its always pulling up menus and going NUTSO!!! Any help would be great.
