Lan Plus 5b5 Video Monitor

It's probably kind of silly of me to post this here, but I am desperate and at my wit's end here. I have this monitor. It's a "Lan Plus 5b5". Unfortunately I don't have a manual for it to look up it's Horizontal and Verticle scan frequencies. So it's driving me nuts and giving me headaches the way the way I can't get it above 60Hz vertfreq. As a result it's flickery. I've searched the internet to no avail.

Anyway, I'm posting this here in hopes that maybe someone has this monitor or it's manual (or maybe knows a good link) that would tell me what it's specs are for it's horizontal and vertical frequencies.
