Hi,
My mainboard is ECS L7S7A2 (Sis 746 chipset)
I have quite serious problem: everytime I press CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE (kill X), the system turns off. (even when I do it in the LILO startup screen or after)

With no delay, no message, no disk unmounting. There was some info about Sis chipsets and this weird behaviour and the solution was to disable the keyboard power-on (off) item in the BIOS (or something about ACPI S3 signal). But in any of the recent (or older) bioses this option isn't available.
My (linux)question is: Does anyone else here at forum have L7S7A2 and knows the solution? Or did I bought myself a crappy board??
thank you
Best regards
Lempour
