Keyboard and mouse have stopped working

I pulled the hard drive out of my media PC to transfer some music to it, and after putting it back and rebooting both my mouse and keyboard have stopped working. I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 and never had any problems with either of them before. I'm able to get into and navigate BIOS so I know the keyboard works and I can SSH in so I know the machine isn't locked up. lsusb returns this

Code:
$ lsusb

Bus 007 Device 002: ID 046d:0b04 Logitech, Inc.

Bus 007 Device 004: ID 046d:c714 Logitech, Inc. diNovo Edge Keyboard
I've also tried a wired mouse and keyboard and get nothing. I'm at a loss.
