kernel panic not syncing attempted to kill the idle task

Hi,
I have AsRock P4i65Gv mobo, with integrated VGA card but daily I am using GeForce 5200 on AGP slot.
The main problem is with compability.
During the startup I get kernel panic error

When I remove my GeForce everything works correctly.
Unfortunately I cannot turn off VGA card in bios options ( only charge the sequence of choosing ).
I am using Debian (stable and testing - kernel 2.6.21),Knoppix 5.1.

SO, anyone knows how to resolve it ?

Regards,
Smash85

Ps. Sorry for mistakes : )
