kernel 2.6.15 (motherboard Intel D102)

I am with problems using kernel 2.6.17.

Intel D102G
P4 3.06mhz ht

boot warnings
unmounting old /dev
ERROR unmounting old /dev: 22
forcing unmount of /dev
unmounting old /proc
unmounting old /sys
The system initiates normally, and appears the following messages of error:


Oct 14 08:23:07 localhost kernel: ..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC
Oct 14 08:23:07 localhost kernel: PCI: BIOS Bug: MCFG area at e0000000 is not E820-reserved
Oct 14 08:23:07 localhost kernel: PCI: Not using MMCONFIG.

Update the BIOS it decides the problem?
