I've installed a dvd-/+ RW on Suse 8.2 system, using
k3b-0.10.3-3 suse 82.i686
growisofs is from dvd+rw-tools 5.16.4.8.5

I manage to burn dvd's from the terminal, but when trying to burn from the k3b-program i get the error-msg
k3b: (growisofs) :-( Failed to change write speed:2822->2704

(I prefer to use a GUI as the linux-box is inteded to be used by normal users)

I have set the speed in k3b to '1x', but have also tried 'auto' with no luck.

I have searches this forum without any luck too.

the speed here is set to speed=2... how can I change this when I've told the GUI to use speed=1

(I tried to put an alias on growisofs with no luck).
