issue with chipset audio Intel Sunrise Point-LP HD Audio

Hello,

On a laptop ASUS UX561U with chipset :

Audio: Device-1: Intel Sunrise Point-LP HD Audio vendor: ASUSTeK driver: snd_hda_intel
v: kernel bus ID: 00:1f.3 chip ID: 8086:9d71
Sound Server: ALSA v: k5.4.0-66-generic

the sound works 1 or 2 seconds and stops.

The OS is Linux MINT 20.04, the problem was the same with Xubuntu 20.04

If someone knows a solution......

Thanks

we need a full alsa or sound diagnostic analysis (look at scripts in the internet) and output of dmesg. we are blind for now.

.. or perhaps someone found already the way to do it? https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-...0-start-0.html
google "sound chip 8086:9d71" show few headaches
