Just because someone else happens to use the same hardware does not mean they can help you. They might be able to if it is a hardware issue or driver issue. Other issues might get better help from the embedded crowd in general or the subset of them that know about the components you are needing help with.
Describe your problem in as much detail as you can. Tell us what Linux distribution and/or build system you are working with. Which board/BSP are you using? How are you loading/flashing the hardware? Anything else you can tell us about?
