is there a do it yourself 'brain' controlled mouse and software for linux?

I was just wondering if there were any crazy open hardware designs for a brain controlled mouse with software. If anybody knows the actual name of such a device it would be helpful. It just seems like a fun thing to play with. It also seems like the perfect open source project for linux... I just don't know where to begin my search.

Hrmms well I found some commercial products

Saw something while trying to fix LBreakout2

I break LBreakout2 from time to time and stumble around until, god knows how, I fix it.

Once while researching the problem, I stumbled across some people using LBreakout2 to demonstrate an eye-tracking? interface. The eye would move the paddle faster than the hand could move the mouse!

I envisioned jet-fighter heads-up-display blink-to-kill stuff. You blinking at me? ;-}
