Is MSI NX6600GT-TD128E linux compatible?

Hi,

I'm buying a new computer and I needed to know if MSI NX6600GT-TD128E
is decently supported by linux and i haven't found any decent info on that.

I would also like to ask what is the best sli supporting graphic card on the market today.

Its just another rebranded GeForce 6600, the google scuttlebutt is that its working great with the Nvidia beta drivers, and even if you experience issues... Nvidia is great about their driver, so wait a week and it'll be fixed, no kidding. I helped fix a Mandy install for a friend a while back 3 days after the Mandy version had come out and about 3 weeks after his then top of the line Nvidia card came out and we had to ghetto-hack the source to get it to work, 2 days later Nvidia fixed the bug themselves so he just switched to that. If you want decent SLI, SDL, GL, etc out of Linux, then a Nvidia card is the way to go, at least until ATI starts taking their binary driver seriously.

Cheers,

Finegan
