Question Is it possible to install nvidia driver without card

Hi !

I need to install the nvidia driver on a PC that don't have any nvidia card in it.

It's on a PXE server with read-only client's / . Those clients have nvidia cards.

When this server had a nvidia card in it, i simply chrooted in the exported / , then i could install this driver.

Ok thanks all.
I was in a battle with a kernel / gcc version mismatch, so i wanted to be 100% sure of this parameter.

Edit :

I forced the kernel version and it now rocks

sh NVIDIA.run -N -s -a --kernel-name='2.6.32.3'
