[SOLVED] Is DDR4 A Synchronous DRAM?

hello

I need to upgrade my PC. The ram it uses is DDR4 SDRAM 2666MHZ.

I've seen some ads on amazon. But they don't have the words SDRAM or Synchronous.

I see DRAM only. Below is an example ad description

I went to newegg and it appears SDRAM and DRAM are different.
Here is one listed as SDRAM and another as DRAM

Newegg.com indeed has DDR4 SDRAM in the ads. Thanks sooo much.
