Asrock does not support Linux.
I have a B365M Phantom Gaming 4 with Linux. My windows installation is a windows to go portable on an external ssd USB3.0. The drive also has some ext4 partitions full of stored files. I, at times connect to the drive to retrieve files without booting windoze, and any time I forget and leave that drive attached and reboot, it overwrites my bios settings to boot from that usb drive. It doesn't matter what I disable or what permission has been explicitly denied in the bios, it will completely rewrite settings. I don't believe it should matter what OS you are running, the bios settings should remain intact until changed by admin or user with permission. Never should bios settings be changed by simply plugging in a usb at boot time, even more so a usb that has been denied and disabled in boot menu. Asrock responded to my request for updated bios with "Asrock does not support any Linux OS. Use Windows."
So yeah, the board works with Linux but if you need support it is not supported. Even with a GAPING security hole. That's not board or chip specific it is Asrock as a whole. I know this thread has some age on it but it showed up in my search for Linux supported mobo.

Your low level graphics are handled by the Nouveau kernel driver. Xorg basics are handled by the Modesetting DIX driver. The rest is unclear, as your ancient 3.0.32 inxi version is broken. cf.

One day soon(?), I too will be able to upgrade from Debian 10 Stable, Buster to Debian 11 (Currently Testing), Bullseye.
