irq5 nobody care problem

HI,

Recently i try to install linux on my old p3 450Hz mobo and encounter this error message that prevent my wg311vc wireless to work:

* configuring network interfaces .... [ok]
* Waiting for network interface to come up .....

[4294721.182000] irq5 : nobody cared (try booting with the irqpoll' option.
[4294721.182000] Handlers:
[4294721.182000] [<e0aae5c4>] (acx_interrupt+0x0/0x501 [acx_pci])
[4294721.182000] disabling IRQ #5

-------------------------

The os is ubuntu5.1 and it install perfectly no problem with my new celeron pc for the exact same card. Besides, there isn't such issue if i load winxp on that p3 machine wtih exact same card.
I was told irq5 is usually used by sound card, but there aint one and its built on board. It does had an Lan card before but i took it off and change it to wg311 wireless card.

The bios also doesn't show any explicit info about anything using irq5 and i have disable the onboard sound with no luck

Can anyone help me with this issue?
