IRQ timeouts

Hi! I am getting the following error messages on several of our new Proliant DL360's can someone please chime in on what is going on? I am not sure if a driver was missed or is this hardware related. We are using proliant's hardware raid 1 mirror.

hda: irq timeout: status=0xd0 { Busy }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
hda: ATAPI reset complete
ide-cd: cmd 0x3 timed out
hda: irq timeout: status=0xd0 { Busy }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
hda: ATAPI reset complete
