Question IRQ conflict

Is there a way to check for IRQ conflicts in a server? I believe I am having a conflict between a 10/100 ethernet port, which is on my motherboard, and a new Gigabit ethernet card I am installing. If I activate the GE card, I lose the 10/100 ethernet port and access to the network.

Pls. advise,
