Intigrated gfx and sound, or pci gfx and sound


I've got a 2 ghz 512 ram computer with integrated graphics and sound.

On my way old 933 mhz there's a sound pci card, and a pci gfx card i bought. I don't know much about hardware, so ill give you what i know about the integrated and the pci cards, and tell me which you think i should use for better performance.

Integrated Graphics
geforce 4 mx nforce gpu
under bios i let it use 128 of my computer's ram
(don't know how i'd go about getting more info about the card)

PCI graphics
evga pci gforce 5500
128 ram

integrated sound
nforce2 ac97 audio controller device
(don't know how to get info for this one either

pci sound
sound blaster 16 pci (freakin old)
