internal modem Dlink problem...

Hello gurus, I have an internal modem Dlink. When i attached it in my PC, the red hat detect it during booting operation. But when I am in the IDE of RedHat, I cannot connect it to the internet using dial up. I dont know how to configure it... Can you post the command on how do i configure it... or any process that will allow me to use the dial up connection. thanks..

note: i am using RedHat 9.0 profeesional.
