Exclamation Intel Corp. PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter

I'm attempting to use my wireless ethernet card under linux.
I've installed ndiswrapper and it _appears_ to work but,
... It won't pick up my network that I've setup.
The card works perfectly under Windows (therefore the card must be fine).
My wireless network is also found under Windows (my router is configured properly)

If it would be possible for anyone to give me a solution or even useful information
I would highly appreciate it.

Thank you
Rick Fry/OmniKamikaze

I have the exact network controller, Intel Corp. PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter.

Do you ever find a solution?

Mine is in a ThinkPad R50p.

Thanks,

OmniKamikaze,

Try to scan after networks to see if that works.
First make sure your interface is 'up' so as su, write the following command;
Code:
ifconfig wlan0 up
Then the 'scan' command:
Code:
iwlist wlan0 scan
Do you pick up any networks?

Unfortionately I'm not that good on mandrake, so I don't know whats the easyest way to configure it. However, if you find your network and tell me whats your encryption (wep/wpa etc), I can at least give you the commands to connect manualy, or at boot.
