hi everybody
i've a modem with a intel 536ep v.92, i've the driver but when i try to uncompress with "tar -zxvf archivename.tgz" like a root it returns
gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: the slave proccess gave back state 1
i'm like a root
Anyone have any idea?

The file's not corrupted is it? Did you download it? Did it download completely?

Try it without the z option.
