What is the problem that FC2/3 has? I tried many things. My resolv.conf looks like this:
search 013.net // I added. It's my provider's domain
nameserver 192.168.101.101
nameserver 192.168.101.102

Exactly as I get in ipconfig/all.
I tried to change to DNS from my Windows internet connection. Don't work!
But a problem I think that DNS don't work!. There is a web site for checking DNS: www.ip-plus.net. I tested those DNS , they don't work!

I tried to connect my other windows machine using this modem and ethernet and I got the same parametes. There was no ping and DNS were the same. Then I downloaded the dialer of my privader and now it works! Is there dialer for Fedora Core 4 for ethernet connection?

What kind of "dialer" is this? What is it called?

As I understand all the parameters I get using ethernet modem are "virtual" of some private network of my provider. And this dialer sets them to something else. Probably what I get by ipconfig /all on my Windows machine is garbage :/
