Installing Wireless drivers in a Debian install?

Hello there, I ran into an interesting issue. At the present I'm installing a fresh instance of Debian 9, on a Dell Optiplex 780 mini tower, what's the following wireless card. Wsky Wireless USB Wifi Adapter -... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071F5LWS1...p_mob_ap_share after installation, I can install the third word files to get this card up and running! But otherwise during initial installation, because I'm using the s switch at boot up, to enable speech output. I can't install the drivers. I'm not 100% sure if they're on the USB image, or if I have to download them. I know that after installation, and if I actually had a working internet connection, because I'm moving shortly, so I will only have a very limited data connection I can use, normally I can install the drivers, and get the card working as it's supposed to. But I'm trying to figure out how before installing the base system, how to install these files or file. If I enter into another shell, I'm unable to use the sudo command, and running. Flash firmware Linux free. Deb, from the CD ROM firmware directory, play else with permission denied. I just hope I don't figure it out later on and feel like a total idiot! If I had internet access at the moment, it would be great, because I could then use that Network mirror and install the entire system. But I'm limited at the present.and apologies for the horrible dictation, and misspellings. Like I said, one of four cellular bars, doesn't equal good! Thanks a bunch, and when I have a more reliable connection, I'll go through and edit this post.

Thanks! I'll have a look and install that driver if possible, hopefully it works. The problem I'm having is getting it detected before I install the actual system.
