installing video drivers from CLI?

heres what happend. i got a new motherboard and processor, and i took my old video card and put it in my moms, and took her video card and put it in mine, because hers was better and she didnt' care. but when i put mine in and booted up linux and tried to startx i got an error. it's because my drivers for that video card aren't installed. it's a radeon 9600 pro 128mb. so how do i install those drivers if i can't boot into GUI mode from the command line???

redhat 9 comes with ATI Radeon 9500 and 9700 but skips 9600 for some reason...

New HardWare just asked me to either

Remove Configuration, Keep Configuration, or Do Nothing.

i chose, Keep Configuration
