Thumbs up Installing PCI Conexant HCF V90 Win Modems on Knoppix and Mandrake 9.1

Recently I used Knoppix from CD. I downloaded its drivers from a site.

How do I install it in Knoppix runs from a CD directly.

Also Can you tell me how to install drivers on Mandrake 9.1
