Install Madwifi On PCI Card?

I have the install instructions/commands to install the madwifi driver from to a pcmcia wifi card. I have a pcmcia card, that is in my desktop through the use of a PCI to PCMCIA card. Will this change any of the commands I have to use to install the driver?

Thanks.

no. Those are just the drivers. It should work based on the fact that PCI Atheros cards work.
