install ATI driver

I have fresh install of Ubuntu 7.10 on my laptop, and I can not start my ATI driver in the restricted drivers manager. I get the error:

"The software source for the package

xorg-driver-fglrx

is not enabled."

I have this problem for a while now, but I have been using ENVY so it might messed up the things a little bit. Now I have only fresh installed Ubuntu 7.10, nothing touched.
Please help.

Hardware:
Acer Aspire 5100
AMD Turion 3000+
1GB RAM
ATI Radeon X1100

System -> Administration -> Software Sources
check "Propriety drivers for devices (restricted)"
