Informing gnome of losetup image that contains cryptsetup.

When I insert a usb memory device that has luks cryptography, gnome is good and asks for the password then mounts it. NICE!!

If I have a file on my system that I mount with losetup, how can I inform gnome to do the same? Is it by injecting HAL commands? Currently I have to execute "cryptsetup luksOpen" then "mount /dev/mapper...".

Thanks, Scott.
