Question info about graphics card

I want to know about my graphics card.
I've run the command lspci|grep VGA which shows:

VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation C68 [GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a] (rev a2)

I want to know the info it provides like what is C68 and what about GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a] (rev a2)
I searched it at google but it was worthless so I posted it here.

Just different chipsets. GeForce is generally nVidia's brand.
