Incorrect VideoRAM detected (ATI X850 XT)

Just upgraded to an ATI X850 XT from a 9800 PRO.

After going through the hassles of overriding the chipID in the fglrx module and xorg.conf (suprising since its an actual ATI card, and the X850 XT is 'old' now) ...

I was checking my Xorg.log and noticed:

(--) fglrx(0): VideoRAM: 131072 kByte, Type: DDR3

But the card has 256MB of video ram. What gives?

[In Windows, it recognises 256MB ram, so it's not a hardware issue.]

Any clues/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
HB
