idebus=66 in my lilo.conf (does that make my comp slower?)


i wanted to know if the parameter idebus=66 affects my computer alot. like i saw that i should use it on sites talking bout installing on a pavilion. but i wanted to know if it does more bad then good.

probably won't notice any change, it only effects things running in PI0 mode, and has no effect on hard drives.
