IBM x306 server cannot restart ???

i have a problem with IBM server x306 (onboard) RAID 1 SATA HD machine.
can any one advise me please,
i noticed that each time i start and run this machine for up to 30mins or so, from that point on, if i do a restart (lets say after update) it simply never restart immediately but automatically turns itself off - right after POST screen. i have to wait up to 20 or 30min before i can be able to restart this machine.

personally i'm suspecting high CPU temperature or something....
but all the fans are in perfect condition! room temperature also fine!

but what actually could be the problem here? i have about 4 of this machines, and they all show this problem.
anyone using this IBM x306 machine? does it behave this way?
whats the solution for this?

If they all show the same problem I'd almost suspect a build in security system.

I think it unlikely that 4 would have the same exact fault.

Do a complete shutdown and then remove power plug and press power button a few times. Does it start up at all. Any signs that the network is at least powered on?

Any bios settings for security? I guess the bios health setting could be too low. Might be temps are set way too low.
