ibm thinkpad 600e memory

Is there a good place to buy a 128mb memory module for ibm thinkpad 600e. I run linux on it and I would like linux to go faster.

I actually did not buy from kinston but rather from crucial. The price was 20 dollars less and I got free shipping. It should be coming in a couple days, most likey by friday. Thanks for your support and suggestion but I already bought the memory at about the same price.

Good for you! Let us know how it all works out, I'm considering maximizing the amount of RAM in my trusty 600E (with the obligatory dead battery).
