i82365 card can't detect

hi all,
i am using a isa-to-pcmcia card for installing a 3com wireless card where it is work under another adaptor. But the pc could not detect the isa-to-pcmcia card at all when lspci and pc finds it out when i watch dmesg. I have installed cardmgr and pcmcia-cs and prism54. Could anybody help
