I want to add 1 more HDD to Linux 7.2

I have Oracle Apps installed on Red Hat Linux 7.2. I am running out of disk space so I want to add 1 more HDD to the server. I want to add it such that next time if something has to be saved in Home folder then it should get saved on the new HDD.

As I don't know much about Linux, please give me a step by step solution.

Thanx in Advance

1.create partition(s) on the new disk (one of them will be for home) (can use or or fdisk.
2.copy (and rename the old /home (i.e. to /home-old)) the home directory to the corresp. partition in the new disk.
3.change (or add) in fstab an entry for this partition, it would look something like:

/dev/hdb1 /home ext3 defaults 1 2

that's it!
