I replaced a drive on my Raid 1 array how long will it take for the card to reubuild the array and automatically copy the data off the good drive to the new drive? My drive is 200gb, how long should I wait to ensure everything is set.

It will depend on the hardware you are using. Even an ide drive that size shouldn't take much more than 3 hours.
