i know you guys have heard this one before.....

ok i just got a serial modem blaster external v.92 model de5621. i am running mandrake 9.1. in the mandrake control center in the internet connection section i cant seem to get the modem to connect. it finds the port tty/s0 but will not connect. so what am i doing wrong???
