I can't mount Flash disk


I installed VMWare on WindowsXP And Red Hat Linux installed VMWare. But I Can't mount Flash disk in Linux.
I writed this:
Mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/flash

/mnt/flash is already created.

But can't mount.

How I mount flash? Help Me !!!

Please don't ask people to email you; that's not what the forums are for!

Now, what happens when you try to mount your flash drive? We need to know in order to help you.
