I can't install Intel onboard Lan

I'm try to install Red Hat linux enterprise 4 in my new Intel d945GNT board and I can't see the on board LAN port.
I download the relevant RPM from Intel site but it is still a problem.
Any Idea ?

You will need to (re)-compile the kernel to add support for the NIC you have on that board or to find a kernel-module already compiled for the kernel you are currently running.

To find out more about the chipset and name of the NIC, use the commands:

lspci
lspci -v
lspci -vv
