i'm using xandros 3.0.2, my mouse(logitech) is not being sensed(cursor doesnt move)


hello
i'm a newbie of xandros 3.0.2 n my mouse(logitech) is not getting detected while checking the periphrals before the desktop gets active there is no problem(no report) but as the desktop gets active my cursor doesnt move how much ever i may move my mouse i hav tried restarting my pc n trying again but it doesnt help i hav also been using windows xp sooo i immediatly tried it in that where my mouse worked fine and i had no problems. i want to get acquainted with linux n it has been tough doing soo without my mouse so please help me
