HSP56 World Micromodem

Hi,

Ive just installed Red Hat on a Dual Boot machine and am trying to get it all set up. My current problem is trying to get my Modem working. It is a HSP56 World Micromodem which i realise is a WinModem but i hoped i would be able to use it on Linux. Could anyone point me in the right direction or at least get me started.

Any help will be great.

To identify the chipset and check for a driver - have a look at the Linmodems site:

Ok, ive been there and run the scanModem utility. Ive uploaded the ModemData.txt so you can take a look. What should i do from here? I dont really understand the file!
