Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

HP SureStore T20

Wow, a fella just gave me a tape backup unit and according to what I'm reading on the web it's good for 20 GB. The only thing is that it's SCSI and I'm only supporting USB (2.0).

HP SureStore T20e
Linux support

So I'm assuming I'm not the first person in the world with this problem. Anybody care to tell me if such a beast exists and if so which one would be the best. From what I can tell from LQ.org, I should not have to worry about drivers as it is a SCSI device.

Don't ya just love it when Linux can make use of old equipment!

Any takers ?

ps.
and i apologize if this seems redundant but not much of a SureStore or a "USB to SCSI connector" came up in the searches
