[SOLVED] HP Probook, Where is the camera setting?

I am using KDE Neon Plasma, but the camera is not working,
The light on the top of the screen turns ON, but the camera doesn't see me.

In the hardware list, no camera shows.
When I run a command line, I get the following:

Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0408:5483 Quanta Computer, Inc. HP HD Camera

Any suggestions?

Could it be app you are using? I have a similar thing with Cheese on like my Ubuntu 22.04.3. Also more info like what Linux would be good. X E.

After I wrote this query, I discovered thath the camera lens has a privacy cover, once I moved that away, my camera works.
