HP Printer font size and scanner setup

I have a HP PSC 1350 and its one of those all in one.Prints, scans and copies.Well it prints but I printed something in text file and comes out so small. What file can I edit to make it print using a bigger font.I know I may have to try a few until I get it where i want it.Also this unit scans so I went to Graphics/Kooka and bring it up.I go to settings and select scan device and not sure if a box is supposed to come up where I select my scanner but I get nothing coming up.No error messages either nothing is nothing. So can someone tell me how to fix these 2 problems. Thank You Running Fedora 3

Firstly, I would suggest a little light reading. Also, this link provides a lot of info as well.

HP is one of the few manufacturers that are committed to developing Linux drivers for all their printers, scanners etc. To this end, the support and quality of the required drivers is excellent. This is one the few printers that works as well under Linux as in windows.
