HP Pavillion + Wireless

Hey guys,

I am thinking of picking up an HP Pavillion laptop, but am worried about getting the wireless to go. I know the kernel is really quickly evolving in this respect, but the "Integrated" card makes mew nervous. My gut says it is a Broadcom chipset, which is natively supported...but I'd hate to overlook something.

Am I worrying too much? Anyone have any advice / experience with this notebook?

Thanks!

Is it "Centrino" branded? If so, it's an Intel chip set - and those are generally supported pretty well in recent distributions. (The Intel ipw2200 works with Fedora Core 5 as is, if I remember correctly, despite popular belief.)

If you provide the specific model number... ie Pavillion DV2000 or something, maybe you can get specific rhetoric.
