hp 1320 Laser Printer driver
 
How can I obtain hp laser 1320 printer driver and configure redhat 7.1 as a print server.

What distribution of linux are you using?
If you use KDE as a dektop environment, you should be able to configure your printer without installing new drivers, just go to System Configuration->Peripherals->Printers....the in the dialog, choose "add new printer", and follow instructions

If you're using gnome, I expect you have something similar

I am using red hat linux 7.1.

Try visiting LinuxPrinting.org

BTW -- Redhat 7.1 was discontinued many years ago. I realize it's only a print server, but you might consider installing some other minimal but current distro
