Hp 1022n

Hi all.

I am wanting to buy an HP 1022N printer because it has USB and a NIC. Has anybody got one working under linux? Is it hard to do? What did you do to make it work?

I am going to use it USB for now and later set it up as a network printer for all of my computers at the house.

Here is the link.

Thanks.

Go over to http://www.linuxprinting.org/ to learn more about it.
Looks like it perfer the foo2zjs over the HPIJS one which 95% use.
Not sure of the Network support for the foo2zjs. The HPIJS says it does work with the printer but is slower performance. I know it will do network connection fine since using it for my HP PSC 3310.

Thanks for the info. I have not heard of foo2zjs or hpijs ether, so I will have to do some more research on this.
